Organizational Objectives

The main objective is to facilitate the successful settlement and integration of African immigrants in Canada by enhancing the accessibility of tailored support services, fostering cultural competency among staff, building strategic partnerships, and continually improving programs, focusing on measurable indicators and advocacy for supportive policies. 
Our specific objectives are to:

Increase community outreach efforts to raise awareness about available services, foster community engagement, and ensure that African Canadian immigrants are informed about resources and support networks.


Accessibility     

Integrate technology solutions, such as online resources and virtual support services, to enhance the accessibility of settlement information and support for immigrants across different regions in Canada.


Programs

Develop and implement programs to engage and support young immigrants of African heritage in education, mentorship, and recreational activities.


Culture

Implement cultural competency training programs for staff and volunteers to enhance understanding and responsiveness to the diverse needs of African Canadian immigrants.


Partnership

Establish partnerships with local businesses, educational institutions, and community organizations to create additional opportunities for employment, education, and community involvement for immigrants.
